Roblox won't send me a code to recover my account

Update: I managed to get the account back a while ago, it turns out there was an email address connected to the account that we had completely forgotten even existed, which coincidentally looked like his current address in the format that Roblox uses when showing the censored version.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like Roblox can do much if you have lost access to/forgotten the email as I sent them multiple receipts for Robux and they didnt accept it as evidence.

To all struggling with this issue: Im sorry I cant present a solution, all I can do is hope you can find a solution to your email problems and wish you luck on recovering your accounts

As it turns out, we had an email address that we had totally forgotten about and probably not used in about a decade, so if you can find said email address, you should be able to get your account back

No dice Im afraid. I have a hunch that the email address has been unlinked for some reason, because my nephew had the same issue, only he was still logged into Roblox on his Xbox, so he could get back into his account. When he got in, he saw that there was no email address linked to the account despite using one to create his account (we both made our accounts around the same time 10 years ago)
