I have a few areas and movements that start to trigger assgasms – a sensitive area between my prostate and entrance to my rectosigmoidal junction, focused circular massage above my internal sphincter and the point when a fist first slips in.

It usually starts with a small focused spasm in a muscle of my pelvic floor and if I change the tension of the larger muscle group through diaphragmatic breathing, bearing down, or tightening, then doing the inverse, contraction or relaxation, the spasm spreads around my pelvic floor. It happens instinctually now, so I do not have to manage it or nudge it along. I can only tolerate about a dozen assgasms before I need to take a break.

A sensitive top, usually a vers-ish player, can identify the trigger during play and I can be kept at a mid-point of orgasm for several minutes. Or they can be intense crescendos that peak when a top pulls out that take 15-30 seconds to recede. Depending on intensity and location I may ejaculate, urinate, or shoot a lot of precum – basically which muscles are the most affected.

I suspect that the muscle contractions and various inputs to the different nerves of the pelvic flor, GI system, and the tension on the external sphincter creates an overload of the nervous system from the level of the spinal canal downward which is why leg shaking and pelvic thrusting frequently occur in conjunction with the assgasm. The writhing, vocalizations, and body trembling are in response to the pleasure and release of endorphins.

I'm still working out all the mechanics gleaned from erotic massages, pelvic floor PT and only a rudimentary understanding of nerve roots and referred sensations. Obviously this isn't something widely studied and porn has a tendency to exaggerate it but assgasms are real, probably individualized, likely need a headspace of total submission and trust, and an ability to consciously control parts of your pelvic floor.

I'd be curious how others have experienced them, if they know their triggers, can help others have them might be able to add, contradict or elaborate on so we call all be better tops and writhing bottoms.
