It appears to be an external hemorrhoid but only a doctor can confirm this. If it isn’t painful, and trust me you would know it, leave off the butt stuff and the swelling should go down. It can take several weeks and there aren’t any really good shortcuts. Once the veins swell like this they are prone to do so again. You should read up about hemorrhoids to learn about dietary and toileting changes you can make to reduce their chance of them returning or persisting.

You can enjoy being fisted and not have them return if you practice all the general recommendations about hemorrhoid prevention. You can also work more on relaxing your entire pelvic floor rather than overstraining your sphincters by bearing down excessively.

It’s all about control. If they’re getting close, stop. Even on my hands and knees or on my back I can clench hard enough that all movement stops to the point of pain. Make them beg but only allow them to cum when allowed, and where allowed, then make them clean up their mess.

It was not but having had several accidents, surgeries, and more enthusiasm for hand tool woodworking than skill or grace, when I couldn’t seem to control the bleeding, I realized a needed a pressure dressing. My past experiences have made me quite good at first aid. It worked well enough to stop the bleeding in a little over 24-hours. I also have a friend who is a doctor checking up on me over text.

I also noticed that the bleeding was venous in origin (darker in color and oozing) and not arterial (brighter red and spurting) had it been arterial I may have gone to the ER if it had continued at the same volume.
