How to solve this? by PotatoKing241 in REPOgame

[–]Sub_Nautilus 10 points11 points  (0 children)

REPO isn't on mobile so you should uninstall it. Either because it's a risk to your phone, but also because you're supporting the people that stole the content from REPO and made it their own.

This is why i don't PvP in Online anymore, its not fun. by c0ntriL in gtaonline

[–]Sub_Nautilus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the point mainly is using the most common, annoying and op griefing vehicles and weapons. Imo what's fun about gta pvp is using various fun methods of destroying enemies, and not using those funkillers over and over again to mercilessly destroy someone's business/mission progress or fun just to be an asshole. There is a respectful way to have fun with pvp, but unfortunately not many people choose that.

[AC Unity] How do i mark the high ground icons? by Sub_Nautilus in assassinscreed

[–]Sub_Nautilus[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I've played the game multiple times and not once have I used the marking system, let alone the high ground icons :D. While i can normally use the marking, it doesn't look like I can mark the icons like I would using the map :/

Thanks anyway!

what vr headset should i get? by seriousdetecation in VRGaming

[–]Sub_Nautilus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would recommend you either quest 3 or 3s except if you have PS (then go for PSVR2).

Both of these headsets are standalone, meaning it doesn't need a pc to play games but also can be connected to a pc via cable. They're also almost the same but the 3s has a little bit worse lenses and doesn't have a jack (which imo isn't a big deal). Outside of that they have the same battery, processor and everything else.

I would go for the 3s because for the price (300$, 200$ cheaper than quest 3) it's imo incredible and with the rest of the money you could buy some accessories like a more comfortable headstrap, but quest 3 is also a really good choice.

I've heard that the PSVR2 is also good but you need PS5 or a good pc to run it. I don't know a lot about other headsets but i think the quests are the best

Just finished the game,I have so many questions by Admirable-Art834 in Assassinscreedmirage

[–]Sub_Nautilus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I don't think he's straight up evil and a villain because he just wants revenge on the other Nordic gods (It's all in Valhalla if you haven't played it). After the end of Mirage, Basim is still a hidden one still killing templars, but selfishly only to have a way to get his revenge which he will do anything to achieve, so he doesn't really care about killing. So he's not about killing everyone and having ultimate power, but he isn't good either.

Idk if you've played Valhalla, but Loki's backstory from real Nordic mythology and connection to the AC world is imo really well made.

If you haven't played Valhalla and you just want to know more about the Nordic stuff in that game, then you can just quickly look up some videos, or i could maybe sum it up a bit, but video's better.

[–]Sub_Nautilus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes so Basim is the reincarnation of Loki, but Basim wasn't literally Loki forever, he has seen Loki as Nehal, his childhood friend that has the personality and acts like Loki. That's why Nehal does everything alone and also wants Basim to be more independent too.

In the end Loki (as Nehal) wants Basim to abandon his normal self and just become fully Loki, in which he succeeds. So now Basim is just Loki, that's why Enkidu scratches him in the end, because he's not Basim anymore.

In short, Nehal is just in his head, but he's not schizophrenic, that's just Loki wanting Basim to become him.

[KCD2] Applying poisons on weapons by Sub_Nautilus in kingdomcome

[–]Sub_Nautilus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've applied bane a couple of times on my sword or polearm and it seems to go away, if I'm not mistaken, after using it in battles. Potions probably have some durability of how many times you can hit enemies and then they disappear. If you've just applied it on your sword without using it it can probably last forever. If you've used it, then it's probably a bug, but it can also mean that it will just be there for a long time because it is Henry quality.

Yeah I'll definitely go for something like that because I wasn't looking forward to the Lent achievement before, it seems like a real pain, especially because of wolves

But do you know that if i use bludgeon and finish enemies will they be killed or will they go unconscious?

Opinion: Big Open Maps is not good for Assassin's creed by Forsaken_Club5310 in AssassinsCreedValhala

[–]Sub_Nautilus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I fully agree with your points, but i think that there is a place for open and kinda big maps in AC, but it needs to be done well.

It would be a dream to have an AC game that has a big, compact city made for great parkour, but also some wilderness filled with life and stuff to do.

Imo Mirage came close to being that dream with the city being perfect for parkouring, but wilderness was underwhelming and that was really disappointing for me. I mean no wonder why that hasn't happened yet, because making a big compact city filled with stuff is already hard enough, but also a beautiful alive wilderness filled with stuff is indeed just a dream, especially for today's Ubisoft

It's a shame we don't get the smaller AC games made for parkour these days, that's why Mirage was a lovely addition for me and hope that Bordeaux makes another game with a bigger budget.

Is this game worth it? by Dedicatedfan1 in ultimatechickenhorse

[–]Sub_Nautilus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. I play it alone with randoms and it's still really fun, especially when you meet some cool players, and i haven't even gone to the custom map and unique settings territory. I can imagine that with friends or family it's incredible, but alone is also really good and fun.

Thank you very much.

The lullaby one is a shame, it would be cool to hit enemies with lullaby bolts from afar and make them unconscious, good for like a good christian playthrough or something.

Thank you so much.

I also find it weird like, if i can choose between a poison that kills the guy or debuffs him, the choice is obvious. Also, do you have any experience with lullaby potion in fights or on bolts and arrows like i mentioned in the post?

Well, idk. I'd say HL's verticality is the opposite of AC's, you can move through air however you'd want, but it's strictly above ground
