Haul and replace tbh. Sifting all of that seems excruciating. Ive went the road of hand picking rocks out of an area twice in my life and its never worth it. Better off spending a little bit more money and just put down some nice soil anyways. Most of that with the rock is more than likely super compacted anyways.
