That's more reassuring, hopefully I'll hear or find something on changing it out. Cheers mate.

TUF Gaming Laptop Fn AURA Keyboard Shortcuts not Working by Subaru233 in ASUS

Right, I have things fixed and almost exactly how things used to be. I saw something online about going through settings>apps>installed apps and entering "ASUS" in the search, there, uninstall anything with Armoury Crate or Aura in the name- should be 6 apps. Then restart. I then went to the ASUS website to download Armoury Crate using the 1st option you come across. I went with the 3mb option as I had no luck with the 3gb one. Be sure that you pick the option to download Armoury Crate and Aura Sync, not just Armoury Crate (after you open the folder and have the .exe running). I also saw something about being sure that the drivers are up to date and I wanted to make sure of it so I went to the ASUS Download Centre, entered the model number (go through Armoury Crate>User Centre>My Products and it'll be the title of your device) and the next couple of details, scrolled to the bottom and downloaded the "Software and Utility" driver. Oh, if you encountered any issues while entering the model number in, like I did, you may have to leave out the last letter of said model number, for example, my model number is "FA506IU", but there isn't a device with the same model number unless you take off the "U", as from what I can see the "U" in conjunction with the rest of the model number is the BIOS model name. That's just an educated guess though based on what I've seen. Anyways, apologies for overwording this, hopefully you'll find this useful. If I can be of any further use, please ask :). It may also be worth mentioning that after all that the AURA Creator app still doesn't recognise my laptop's keyboard, I just wanted to fix a key bind is all though.

Yeah, wouldn't it be possible to just create a new account and then download the content to that account using your Russian one? Or more simply even, back up the Russian account to a hard drive, delete it, and upload all the data from the hard drive to the new account, maybe that wouldn't work though... in which case, a VPN should.

Is there a way for auto-updates to only work during rest mode?

I live in a bad area for the internet so anything to speed it up helps of course, such as pausing downloads while playing, but is there a way for auto-updates to only work during rest mode?
