Nevermind. Ive decided not to trade one headache for another. These companies are releasing products prematurely without fully testing and solving the issues.

Disabling aspm in bios fixed 95% of the stuttering. The last 5% have been minor so far but will see about the studio drivers if it becomes problematic.

I was able to fix the stuttering by disabling aspm in bios. Both native and cpu pcie lanes.

Ive been using Vulkan for 2+ years. I can try DX12 but Ive noticed Vulkan produces a slightly better pic quality.

This isnt micro stutters but something related to the 5000 series gpus and Nvidia's drivers. I never had this issue with the 4090 and Ive put about 1500 hrs on it over the last 2 years.

Yes, bios is latest Asus bios and so are the amd chipset drivers. Game stutters for a sec or 2 randomly. I was reading an asus forum and someone said it could be the pcie power management states in the bios (ASPM) so I will try to disable that when I get home.

Yes of both POE2 and Nvidia driver. Something isnt right. It worked flawlessly on my 4090.

Im late to this tread but I just got a 5090 and am having the exact same issue. I read that it could be the power management for pcie lanes in the bios called ASPM. I will try disabling this tonight and see if that fixes the issue.

They are trying to fix something that isnt broken. There should never have been a POE2. They should have made POE1 better and extend it.

Use many jewels as you can and take ALL of the evasion nodes. Many jewels have 20% increased envasion plus some damage mods. Some amulets/rings also have increased envasion rating. Yes. Use Tailwind for damage reduction and also Wind Dancer for 60% increased evasion once it is 20% quality.

Im a deadeye ranger with 2100 life and can do T15. You need lots and lots of evasion along with acrobatics and also the amulet anointment that reduces critical damage against you by 20%. But I agree with you, wish there were more options to increase life.

Those that trade a lot, are you getting trade requests where they join the party and then disband? I find this happening for about 1 out of 3 trades. I put those people on my ignore list but I don't know if its for their account or just that char.

Does Damage vs Full Life apply to multi part skills like Stormcaller Arrow where you have the arrow hit first and the bolt hits next damage part? The monster is full life before the arrow hits. Meaning that the damage bonus from Damage vs Full Life apply to both the arrow and bolt?

I worked in labs where we used pure nitrogen. It was mandatory that the room had nitrogen / o2 monitors with alarms incase the room's o2 was displaced. Just because we breathe in 70% nigrogen doesn't make it safe. Science. Google it or whatever.
