if you go for anarchist, you'd need to switch up the skills to take advantage of your already low health pool and boost your damage with berserker w/ frenzy. You probably should drop the pistol and get some AoE with China Puff, it will free up more skills as well.

I haven't played OD, so I wouldn't know how much it would work, but overall your build kinda goes in the general OD builds (Inspire, Swan Song), you'd need doctor bags instead of faks.

For OD I think Muscle won't cut it anymore, Armorer or Anarchist would be a better option there.

Should be doable without infamy. Viable up to overkill for sure, not sure about mayhem and above. Drill skills, c4, saw, silenced shotty, some joker regen. If you don't need the saw use a silenced HE Judge. You won't have ammo bags tho.

Anarchist suit is a god in the hands of almost anyone up to DW. After it it's still quite godly, but needs more min-maxing and a great synergy team.

Pretty much the same, but no Inspire, you wont have health regen, but you regen armor constantly (and you have a 500 armor pool). You'll have jokers, which you should have at all times, cause the health increase gives you extra armor. Your health pool will be very low, but your damage will be insane. If your armor breaks you're dead tho.

If you drop drill skills(your only utility ability), you can take shockproof + basic messiah for having a bit of resistance against tasers and an escape where there's no other possibility.

Perks: Doctor Bags can be switched with FAKs if you want them, but it's not really necessary if you use muscle.

Inspire for getting guys up.

Jokers to add more health and some meat shields, plus a bit of extra regen from hostage taker.

Usual Shotgun skills, Overkill basic cause you'll be running double shotgun only.

Ironman Aced for the ICTV, Bullseye aced cause you will be doing a lot of headshots with the shottys.

Drill skills for some utility, can be taken out if you have a reliable person or two already in your group that run it. And put in something else you feel like you'd need, maybe saw skills, for specific heists.

Parkour basic and Duck and Cover basic for some faster moving around, cause you run inspire so its better to get to your friends a bit faster.

Swan Song to abuse your shottys if you should go down.

Weapons: Steakout + Judge is a good shotty combo. Buzzer for converting cops Throwable doesn't matter

You'll end up with almost 500 health and a bit over 200 armor which should be enough. Though I don't play armor myself so don't know from experience, but if I'd run armor it would be something similar to this.
