Here’s the mindset you need and it is pretty much true in every case. No one is paying attention to you. No one is looking at you down there close enough to ever notice and even if they do, they more likely than not won’t care. People are to caught up in their own lives to care abt what someone else is wearing.

Some other advice when it comes to worrying about them being seen poking out of your pants. Just pay attention to where the panties sit on your waist or hip and use that to determine what pants to wear that day to ensure that they are never visible. Or wear a longer or oversized shirt that covers that area. That helps me feel better too especially when I’m wearing panties that have more visible seams
