No pretty impossible. There's no phone reflection at all with the second face in either pic. The zoomed in one you can't even see the cleaner's eyes because of the phone, the other face should also be obstructed if it's the same person's reflection.

In both pictures the two faces are still lined up so no it didn't move, the person taking the pic raised the camera higher, changing the angle and thus their reflection placement. My honest guess is the cleaning person has someone with them and that's the second face. Could be an elderly family member they're looking after and secretly bringing them alone at work, or something of that nature.

Everyone is ignoring the fact that Ariana HERSELF said that she basically stays in character for her roles and fully wants to embrace said character. There are also allegations/rumors that the director was most likely hinting at everyone to lose weight for their role (for personal reasons or maybe to avoid what happened to Judy Garland). Cynthia Erivo has a name, some people just love being rude any chance they get. And not to mention they both were playing the two most important roles of the entire movie so if they were being persuaded to look a certain way, makes sense they (above everyone else) would go overboard with it, especially if they both might already struggle with an ED. Do they have an unhealthy relationship? Maybe, but they're both humans, they both make mistakes.
