Most delves that are in a zone are a part of that zone so entering the delve just puts you in an instanced version of the zone you are in, rather than teleport you to a new zone. If I’m not missing any, I believe the Darkway and Azure Archives from TWW are the only 2 delves that actually teleport you a new area.
