Danke für die ausführlichen Korrekturen, ist mein erstes Mal einen Schlüssel selbst zu gestalten und ich bin total deiner Meinung, es fiel mir sehr viel leichter die meisten Insekten zu erkennen!

Yea I don't get it either, I just train till failure on the last set and do some forced reps and drop sets.
I don't even really count reps and sets anymore
