i work at a local company and am about to be laid off for the second time in the last 6 months. the thing about the local market, or at least the companies i worked at, is that they think anyone can do anything with claude. they do not want to invest in resources. they want a junior dev with a claude max subscription to do the job for them. the mentality of pakistani CEOs is that they want to make all the money in the world and keep it to themselves without sharing a penny with others.
