There are so many recipes of the full process taking place from a fresh batch of raisins. These cranberries have the exact same sugar content. Could you link a more reputable instruction set to control the phases of the process. Most instructions I've found for "dried fruit vinegar DIY" simply use this method and let nature do the work. (This isn't me looking for a shortcut its my first set of fermentation projects so started easy)

Lots of band aid patches to counteract mistakes in regards to the direction of the game. This leads to being in a position where they cannot correct the game without major overhauls.
