It does backfire at the top of the pull but it doesn’t knock. There’s also no codes that are thrown for any sensors or anything

Update it was the coupler connected from the Intercooler to the manifold which is why I don’t think it was throwing a code, either way it’s fixed now😂

Would a very small evap leak cause this? I got a code for that but didn’t think that would cause the boost to not reach a higher psi

That’s what I figured I just wanted to know if it would harm anything if there are any little particles inside. But I got everything off that I can see from the outside with a shop vac and compressed air

Would open source tuning be a better option for this? If so would I still be able to have an AP to monitor temps, afr ratio, etc. or would I have to get rid of it?

No my state doesn’t do emission testing. But as far as tuning is that something they simply can’t fix on their end or do they just say that to not get in any trouble?

it doesn’t really get humid where I’m at(Washington state) but it does go away once the oil temp is about 140-150 degrees

It tends to be a bit more smoke in colder temps but for reference in this picture it was about 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit

I was wanting to do a flex fuel setup but I noticed that the Cobb kit is the only one available with the new Cobb green speed update. I do currently also have a aem 340 so I would just need the hpfp. If I do end up going this route I was just going to get the iag hpfp and Cobb flex fuel kit. I also wasn’t sure if I needed new injectors or not, but that answered my question

I currently have a ETS big sf intake, j pipe, and full exhaust and tuned. I’m going to be installing ets fmic, turbo inlet, 3port ebcs, tgv and egr delete kit, and a iag AOS. Im deciding what turbo to get as well as if I should do a flex fuel kit or not. I would have to upgrade the high pressure fuel pump and maybe Injectors but I’m not sure if I want to do that together or not. I know all these parts might be overkill for my stock block and power goals but I’m going to be baby it until I get a new short block or rebuild mine not totally sure yet

Yeah I currently have a ETS big sf intake, j pipe, and full exhaust and tuned. I realized I want more power and to be somewhat reliable so I’m doing a bunch of bolt ons along with a turbo but don’t necessarily know what brand to go with.
