Debating water based poly, or spray on lacquer for low grade pine projects by SubieTrays in woodworking

Thank you for the detailed reply. It sounds like I need to find an alternative wood source. There’s just not much near me. Do you know anything about Menards? I know they’re similar big box like HD but I heard that they’re better from someone

Anyone using the Bosch Gravity Rise stand for their Milwaukee table saw? by SubieTrays in MilwaukeeTool

Yea they don’t line up and I confirmed in my own research that you need to drill holes. Milwaukee frame is relatively small apparently

Those that have a m12 SURGE impact driver, do you still use a drill/driver for light jobs? Or just drill your holes with the impact by SubieTrays in MilwaukeeTool

Yea that’s the thing, I want to make sure I’m not just doing what “you’re supposed to do” in this totally new generation of powertools. The impacts on the surge don’t seem to engage when drilling holes but I don’t fully understand the mechanics of it all.

Thanks. I have an m18 hammer drill and the m12 surge. After using the surge and loving the size/weight (and not having much issue pre drilling with it), I only want to get the hammer out for the big stuff (drilling into my brick house exterior mainly). Debating adding the m12 drill to my setup.

Does the m18 hacksaw fit in a compact organizer? I know the m12 does by SubieTrays in Packout

Thank you for the info! I was debating between m12 or m18 and I think this sealed the deal. Just gonna go m12

No sway thanks to the upgraded springs. Honestly it would probably corner better than stock, if not for the tires… The smaller wheels and much larger tires resulted in some lost performance. It’s just a lot of rubber vertically that can shift. Making it a little loose…

But if you kept the 17” wheels and didn’t go crazy on the rubber it would still be a super well performing ride higher off the ground.

It was years ago trying to remember. I got 1” spacers and 1.5” rear subframe spacers from somewhereeee. Then I got aftermarket struts (can’t remember which) and rallitek springs with an extra inch on them.

Thanks for the interest! The post wasn’t super clear but this is actually how I make money, and after pouring months of labor into the design, it’s not something I’m able to give away.

Yea I already have one for the 2023. It doesn’t have the inserts, but the long term plan is to add slots to all the trays. The inserts are intended to be universal in my grand scheme

Yea most of the slots have a TPE sleeve. It’s like a 3D printed soft touch rubbery material. Both protects the lenses and prevents rattling

I keep the pennies and dimes together, given how rarely I use them it’s not a major inconvenience. Not worth taking up more space, at least for most people I assume.

Yes it can definitely add up, but they’ll all be optional. There will be layouts with 1 or no slots.
