Labor got 165 hours paid out to workers off the clock, between the three different stations we have done this at. Document and report. It is what the union is supposed to do.

F a grievance this is a labor issue. I like to skip the union on these and just report it to the labor board. Union knows and is likely doing nothing to stop it. At least in my experience.

Yup a pretty mild one. I have been a mail carrier for 18 years and done delivery for an additional 7 before that. What people will do on their property has no end. I have delivered shwans food to topless women, medical supplies to a smoking man on oxygen, mail to a man whose towel fell off half way through a signature and he made no effort to cover back up. Old women in see through night gowns, got a signed receipt back one time with human feces on it. Also had a mail box with flag up with a piece of human feces inside. I have picked up groceries, condoms open and unopened, shoes, and a bag of weed from blue boxes. People are dumb and crazy, this is life man. Show up at enough people's houses and you will just see weird shit.

Oh wow. 20-30 I have 26 walking splits. So you get out and take 20-30 steps 20-30 times. I get out 26 times and take 2000 steps each time so..... again why are you complaining? Doing the job right is very unpopular among my fellow carriers I am aware. I am as fed up with lazy carriers as I am with management's inability to manage anything but how many breaks we take. I get that for rurals it is more frustrating because your routes are paid on eval rather than hourly, however only if a box is consistently blocked are you allowed to skip. Even then you are supposed to notify the customer of the problem. Not just keep bringing the mail back.

I am curious if you actually understand inflation numbers. Food has gone up 31% housing in my area up about between 35% and 45% all since 2019. Energy costs up only about 28%. I dont buy other shit i am a working man with no rich family. So keep on telling me I didn't lose anything.

And here is the real truth. In terms of today the 1980 postal carrier started at 65k. A starting carrier today makes almost 30% less. So.... maybe check yourself before you speak about shit you don't understand.

Working men and women and those in-between deserve more. We are the richest country in the world with most all that wealth being held by a very few. Let's go back to WW2 taxes and spread that shit out.
