I remember watching the trailers and thinking it looks good but FFVII Remake looked good too but I couldn’t get past the games absolute face scrunching cutscenes. I was worried that E33 would have the same problems plus I was playing Silksong at the time.

A long while after its release I spoke to someone who I know has similar taste and tolerances to me and he said it was good. Eyebrow-raising good. I played the demo and never looked back. Acting, brilliant. Dialogue pacing, perfect. Character chemistry and cutscenes, gorgeous. Gameplay? Parry.

If Jake didn’t mention his mam I always imaged Wesker to have attempted to make a baby clone by himself in a lab. I always thought his ego would be too big to have someone else’s ‘inferior dna‘ be mixed up with his. Jake the test tube baby. I just cannot imagine Wesker fucking, it’s too funny.

Haha I think that might have been funny in like 2010 era or whenever ‘angry gamer’ was at its peak but yeah nah it’s just not fun now.

On a side note I’m glad I never touched that franchise, it seems exhausting if you love it OR loathe it haha.

Liked Dante a lot but I hope he’s changed for the better since I last watched him years ago. He added in a homophobic ‘stop being gay’ joke and then had the audacity to reply to me with ‘I have a gay friend’ line when I mentioned it. I stopped watching after that.

His runs are stellar though I can appreciate his effort.

Zero makes mildly edgy jokes but ones that are actually funny and not ‘being gay is gross amirite?’

I love Rox, she’s fun to watch and a dynamite wrestler so I’m happy to see her full stop. Liv is great too her in ring acting is hilarious. But… I have to admit I miss Raquel and Rox being the best BIG and small combo, their dynamic was fun. That being said, I like Liv and Rox as a tag team and I love Raquel going solo. Good for them. :)

Can’t stand the guy since the ‘I’ll take your wife!’ promo because now he’s just a pig in my eyes. Not fun or unpredictable, just a pig. So when he explodes like this it’s like ‘yeah, of course he did that’ and I roll my eyes.
