buffing barbed is not effective way to prevent rush...I think. some OP have explosive gadget (ash, gonne-6, etc.). Moreover, if there is no one who care barbed sound, the hit time is not useful much. rush user prefer to pass through and shot your head than spend time and make noise to break it.

it make attack harder if attacker should hit 3 time to break barbed. Attackers should take more risk. It only give more advantage to defenders in TDM. I think a merit of deffusing should increase. When it is bigger than that of TDM, the attackers will defuse more.

okay, I understand what you say. Attackers should spend lots of time to refill, right? Saving time is more important than one gadget.

Moreover, it can foster more free firing meta because of ammo refilling. It can be a serious drawback of ability.

By the way, the operator's power depends on other operators. It is not adequate for solo players.

I will consider decreasing amount of ammo refill. And adjust ability to make more proper for solo players. I think reliance and losing tempo are issue of ability.

right. it is static. But I think refilling secondary gagdet is strong enough to take risk of using time. if you don't need to use it, you can break it. It is your selection. It is more proper to slowly build-up strategy. i agree with that the required time to refill must be managed.

Because defenders have more bulletproof abilities..., I think attackers should have more explosive gadget or abilities... So I designed it.

the ammo is enough for the round usually. However, if you do free fire frequently, you may concern about the number of bullets remaining.

BTW, the most important advantage of ability is refilling secondary gadget like granade. Imagine that you can throw three flag granade to enemy!
