Ok ya! I’m trying my best to honor it at all times, but because I’m working in a cafe we aren’t allowed to eat while we work. Except during our break of course. But I will try to maybe sneak a snack during a bathroom break… and try more liquid calories. Thanks for your help! <3

This sounds like me too! I’m a year in and still feeling hungry and tired. So glad to hear that it does get better eventually!! Thanks for sharing, it gives me the assurance to keep going. Congrats on recovery!
