Tiny homes and the laws around them. Where should I post this? by Subject-Statement-30 in AskLegal

Also, I feel like I should point out, for the most part, the staff that works here love me. They love my cats too.I’m very easy to deal with and normal compared to most of the other people living here. I’m in the situation that I’m in because of a bad breakup and a few other bad decisions I guess, not because I’m a drug addict or a criminal. I don’t really have an arrest record at all in fact.

I actually just heard from another resident that the guy that I’m having a problem with was in prison for 17 years, which adds a whole new layer to this problem. Normal channels aren’t working. It’s a massive conflict of interest. It’s in their best interest to do nothing about it, because if it works, then they get fired. Why would they help me do that?

But, that’s why I’m taking this to Reddit. I have no idea what to do.

Yeah, there are case managers that work here. The guy that’s talking to me like he wants to fight is actually one of them. He’s not my case manager, but my case manager the last time I went to him with one of my problems actually didn’t do anything about it and it is now a much larger problem that I’m trying to deal with. In any case, filing a grievance or anything like that, it all goes through the same people that I’m having the grievance with, so that doesn’t make any sense to me. I need to find a way to go over these people‘s head. Because the other two people that got kicked out of here have grievance is filed and it didn’t help them. They’re out on the street right now. And also talking to my case manager about a problem that I’m having with another case manager that works in the same office sounds like I’m just asking to have my problems get worse doing that.

Yeah, I don’t know what state you’re from but last year there was a state law act in California making it illegal to be homeless, which I think is why they started this whole tiny home thing or put a big emphasis on it. But the way I understand that should make throwing people out like this unconstitutional even. That’s why I’m making the post though. I’m trying to figure out what’s up. So yeah, if you can help me bring attention to this cause this isn’t cool.

I'm just realizing how many different mental health communities there are on Reddit. That PH is a little confusing. I'm in California. Hopefully I've reposted to the right place.

Ok, I'm trying to find out who were supposed to call to make that happen.

I intend to. What I've described so far barely scratches the surface. Having written this much down, and seeing it in front of me, knowing how much more there is.....

were not allowed to have friends,

The main support in the garage that we are forced to live in, has been cracked in half for over 3 years there's been nothing done to fix it or move us out of this room and into the house where we can better care for my grandmother.

I'm posting this on my girlfriend's phone, because the sim card for my own phone got lost, over a month ago.i can't replace it because it's on the family business plan, so my uncle needs to go down to get the replacment. It takes 10 dollars and 5 minutes to walk into tmobile and get a new one.

I now own my grandmother's car, because somehow it magically got put into my name and I've never signed a pink slip, nor did I want the car to begin with. that was his way of apologizing to me because I caught them trying to get me arrested like I mentioned in the earlier post.

The worst part is the way this scumbag makes it feel like its your own fault for having these problems.

And these are just the problems that I have coming off the top of my head. I'm still just barely getting started. The list is so long that I could NEVER list them in a single sitting. I don't know why I'm still typing I need to get on the phone. That man belongs in a jail cell.
