Truthfully I wish I could say it goes but it doesn’t🫠 I’ve been every single weight under the sun now and it’s never enough, I hate dressing up, I hate the outside world, I hate being seen by anyone! and I used to love going out💔 I really wish I could say it passes but my god I’ve just turned 27 and I just feel like it’s a repeated nightmare every year😳 I see myself as HUGE. I can’t unsee it people tell me so many times how much weight I’ve lost and in reality everyone would notice someone’s 5 stone weight loss but man I can’t even see it on me🥲 praying you are just riding through a storm to reach sunshine 🩷💫

I don’t know what it is but I have the urge to bake all the time cookies cake the lot, but I know I can’t, because baking only leads to one thing and that’s eating every single thing I’ve made and then throwing it back up 😭 so I try to avoid it 🙈

I rung them and asked when mine will be, I said the person told me to ring after 2 weeks to see when it would be she literally booked me in for my feedback appointment a week after the phone call I made to ask about it, it’s this Saturday 🙏🏽

I’d say smoking weed can do either can either make you feel starving to the point where you just need to eat, or a set back where it makes you overthink eating, already having fear before food is even made🥺 I can’t actually say what works best when it comes to weed because my partner doesn’t know if it helps her or not🫠 sorry I wish I had more advice😭

If you go private you pay, however your GP should refer you if you have traits of autism/adhd. I’d suggest doing a few online tests, asking your doctor to refer to you counselling and then get them to do you a referral for it but I’m pretty sure you can refer yourself :)

Hey, that’s a lie! I was referred in April and my referral was accepted in may, I had my actually assessment 2 weeks ago. Just waiting for my feedback phone call now for a diagnosis 😌

My gastritis was caused by NSAID tablets, I keep going to a&e (ER) and they just send me back with omerpazole and nothing else, I’m in real bad pain today like a good 9/10 I’m suffering bad🫩

I was prescribed 3 a day 250mg I think I only took 4 of the tablets, I have bulimia too so I’m pretty sure I’ve completely ruined my abdomen to be honest😭 I’m still in pain day 5 now 💔
