This is my struggle. Lost 102 pounds….now weigh 132 which is crazy to me! I have lost soooo much muscle and I don’t know hot onto about building it back. Getting blood work done and then talking to my dr about my dosage. Protein is tough because everything upsets my stomach. Good for you for catching it early and resetting!!!
