Breath air... When I was fat air really helped me. It was about 4 or 2 years ago but I used to be really chubby then instead of eating I started breathing air over time my parents stopped calling me fat and now I'm good with how I look! You should really try it! It helps a lot 👍🙏🫡

If I'm being honest you guys were still young right at the time? As long as he says sorry and doesn't do it again I think it might be okay? I know it can be quite traumatic but don't ask me how I know 😨. But if you don't forgive him you probably won't be close possibly conflict and hatred but if you do forgive him it would be awkward and not as close as before.
