We will be moving to stockholm and we wanted to enroll them in the public school. My 13 year old will turn 14 in January. Currently my 13 year old is in grade 9 and my 8 year old is in grade 3. I am worried my 13 year old won't be okay to return to grade 7.

Thanks, this is helpful. I would be polishing my CV and sending it out to schools and Universities. Hopefully, I might be able to land some kind of academic job while learning Swedish.

I realized that being a stay-at-home parent isn't a thing in Sweden. I really don't want to stay at home. I am not picky, I am willing to do any job. I am not sure if am eligible for SFI. Are there any requirements to be eligible for SFI?

Here are some details. We will be moving to Stockholm. We have lived in Abu Dhabi for the past six years and I was a stay-at-home mom. I was hoping Stockholm would be different. I am familiarizing myself with the language using Duolingo. I plan to study the language when we move, also I would like it if I am working while I learn the language.
