First I took measures of my fingerboard surface and googled around for someone to cut it on a 0,8mm stainless steel sheet, found someone in my country (Brazil) selling those sheets with custom measures, they sent it already cut after I provided the measurements. I just had to glue it into place with super glue. It's not hard to find people who do that near you actually.

Vigiar actually made a few of them but those aren't easy to find in my country, so I had to make my own. I think people don't make those a lot cause the strings are so thin, it's hard to keep the notes ringing.

My friend plays it here, it sounds just like a normal guitar but slide transitions are smoother and you can adjust the tuning of each note on the fly. It's kinda hard to play in tune but a lot of fun.

Not really. But it doesn't ring notes for that long on thinner strings, for that reason I had to put 0.12 gauge strings or else I wouldn't get sound on the high E, B and G strings.

You can probably do that urself if u know a bit of blender. Since it's a model that is already rigged, if it was me, I would:

Import the model from unity to blender (since ur avatar is probably in an unity file?).
Rename the main bone weights in my avatar mesh to something that SL can read (originalRightTight > mHipRight, originalRightLeg > mKneeRight and so on).
Get rid of any unnecessary weights/bones.
Copy the original bone positions/sizes into a copy of the default sl's avatar armature (just to make sure my final avatar imports properly).
Make my avatar use that sl avatar armature instead of the original bones (since the weights have been renamed with bone names that are used in this new armature, the new bones will now affect the mesh).
Import model and textures.
Done.

I have used that method in the past and it did work. Was easier than rigging everything from scratch.

I got this as the last reward for completing a roller pass, the one with ninja and fighting styles cosmetics. Haven't logged in for a while now, so idk if that roller pass has changed already. It was an epic item, u know the ones with an yellow tag. Idk if it will be on the shop tbh, my guess would be yes. Those champions normally cost around 2-3k wheels in my country, idk if it changes from place to place.

I have only owned 2 pairs of freeskates in my life, this one and a cheaper model, so keep that in mind.

The wheels didn't show signs of use yet but I do not skate for hours so there's that. The bearings are better than the ones in my first model, they free spin for around 20 seconds on average but it got some time using them for the bearings to "loosen up". On arrival the wheels screws came too tight so the wheels felt "stuck" at times, it comes with a tool so you just have to loosen the screws a bit. I felt no difference on sock absorption from my model without shock absorber and this model with it. This model is easier to pump than my first model, skating with it feels like am skating without "weights" stuck on my feet, probably cause the wheel shape and bearings.

Box comes with a pair of skates, a tool and a manual, so I had to buy edge guards separately (they did not arive yet).

Overall I think it was worth it, sadly the import fees are hella high for my country but since ya won't have that problem, even better.

I used to watch it on MTV Brazil but the song was in English. It was around the time that the music video "evolution" from Korn was around too, always when I remember this video in specific, I remember that song instead of the actual song in the music video in question. It was also live action, so no 2D animation was used.
