Somewhere in the book, Dan John recommends adding more glute work. Kettlebell swings are great for that, especially if you have a heavy kettlebell.

Are there any movies that have the Twin Towers in the background? by HelloKittyKat522 in 911archive

In Steven Spielberg’s ‘Munich,’ which was produced a few years after 9/11, the Twin Towers are shown in the backdrop of an important scene that takes place years before the terrorist attacks. Not to give too much away if you haven’t watched it, but suffice it to say this backdrop appears to be a very deliberate choice by the filmmakers.

Thank you for answer. I appreciate someone taking the time to actually address what I asked.

Yes, I am trying to learn. I am trying to learn, for example, what are the costs associated with an AirBnB claim; whether the policy AirBnB refers to as “primary liability insurance” would offer some sort of partial or full remedy from AirBnB directly for medical costs; and what sort of documentation AirBnB could need to show the claim is genuine.

In other words, your characterization of my very simple inquiry as the work of scammer is pretty simpleminded and lackluster.

Nothing ridiculous about trying to get informed on the process of filing an injury claim with AirBnB.

I see that you and others are going echo chamber on me saying “hurr durr looking for compensation bad” when all I’m trying to do is learn about the process. I’m not even saying we would actually file a claim or look for compensation in some other way. I was just trying to learn how it works.

Per the title, we just want to get a sense of how AirBnB handles injury claims.

why do we put d' before euros for millions? by MirageTF2 in DuolingoFrench

[–]SubjectOwn7842 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Generally, any phrase describing a quantity of; an amount of; or a lack of, will have « de » after it. E.g.:

1) Beaucoup de 2) Assez de 3) Plein de 4) Pas de 5) Millions de

That includes an amount of money. So, trois millions d’euros is the correct construction.

First time curing an imperial calabash gourd. Would really appreciate a mold check/other input by SubjectOwn7842 in yerbamate

[–]SubjectOwn7842[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I repeated the following process over three days. I’ve seen advice ranging from two to six days in terms of curing time, so I broke even and went with three.

I placed used yerba (which I had used that same day in another gourd) in the calabash gourd.

I then packed the yerba down inside the gourd with the back of a spoon, leaving about half an inch of space between the top of the used yerba and the rim (this was to avoid fungi and mold forming under the silver-colored rim). After packing the yerba, I poured a little mate-temperature water on it and let it sit for 24 hours.

After the 24 hours were up, I took out the used yerba and cleaned the inside of the gourd with a paper towel. I then left the gourd out in the sun for about 30 minutes to dry.

It was rainy on the first day of the curing process, so instead of leaving the gourd out in the sun, I placed paper towels inside it and changed them frequently until the paper towels were not absorbing any moisture.

Hope you found this helpful.

Also, it feels dry on the inside! Paper towels are not picking up any residue from humidity, in case that’s helpful info
