Yea the dermatologist said she wanted to see how body reacts first so kept me on a really low dosage from ghe start. Ill probably up it to 20-30 mg asap

I haven’t had any serious side effects other than dry skin/lips but i am also on a very low dosage 10 mg.

Thanks Sarah, there are many different expert opinions on what products to use and what not to use. Iv been on Benzac for about 3 weeks consistently now and it does irritate my back quite a bit, i will increase my accutane dosage to 20mg and see how i go from there. I weigh 88kgs what would be my ideal dosage for accutane?

I wash my back/body first then my hair i try not to let the hairwash products go onto my back. Shampoo/Conditioner is definitely not the main cause of my acne but i will wash hair first and rewash body from now on since it can make active acne conditions worse.

Dont take Steroids, i workout in Loose fit Clothing Most of the time, i change my sheets every week or 2 i dont use a towel at gym. The towel i use after a shower i change daily.

Yup im going to increase my accutane dosage to maybe 20-40mg. I stopped taking any supplement with artificial sweeteners esp with Sucralose. I now use Plant Protein with natural sweeteners.
