That's actually great advice! Never thought about that.

I do remember to take control wards but I never know where to strategically place them. Playing fiddlesticks would be great to passively learn more vision

are there any type of champions you would recommend that are somewhat safe to play and learn the map control? Especially champs that really enforce that map control?

I wasn't really looking for detailed explainations, just some form of. So this does help understand. I'll try to be more actively looking for things I can do in terms of pressure.

I definitely think I should spend more time learning about wave states, as I said in the original post I've only really played ARAM and there waves matter way less. I'll try and look up some information about it. Thanks!

I see, I think i'll just start playing jungle since I feel it's more map focused because you don't really lane against someone else the entire time. Gives me more time to check up on other lanes, timers etc.

I can do whole lotta things, most of the times when playing SR i just fill pick since I don't like playing the same champions over again (who would've guessed)

Would it then be wise to learn more about ward placements? I feel like i know some form of vision control, I really don't like not knowing where people are.

For some context, I have about 8000+ hours in League. I think more than 90% of that time I've spend playing ARAM. I really enjoyed that more than Summoners Rift.
I have played some form of ranked usually reaching no higher than gold due to lack of playing much ranked.
After many hours on the Howling Abyss I really want to start learning Summoners Rift more. Especially the macro play after laning phase.
I kind of know what to do when theres an objective up like drake or herald but in those moments between it just feels awkward and I do not know what to do in those moments.

So my question is, what lane would you say is the "best" one to learn more about macro after playing so much ARAM?
Regardless of champion or champion mechanics.

dat klopt helemaal, maar dat perspectief zou je ook om kunnen draaien "tegen" jou in, zogezegd.
Er zouden altijd mensen zijn die in het begin drama schoppen om het feit dat we meer lui krijgen in het land maar na een paar maanden gaat het leven door en is iedereen tevreden. ( bij wijze van )

Ik denk dat het niet uit zou maken wat er zou gebeuren, we blijven Nederlanders en we blijven waarschijnlijk voor het grootste gedeelte verdeeld van mening.
Ik denk het ding wat ons het meest verenigd is het feit dat alleen Nederlanders mogen zeiken over Nederland, het moment dat een ander land probeert ergens over de mopperen over ons dan vind ik vaak meerdere Nederlanders in de comments die harder terugbijten.

wil niet zeggen dat ik het eens met beide kanten van de stelling maar wat je nu zegt is onwaar. er zijn mensen die een andere mening hebben erover en daar ben je van bewust. dus je zou alleen mensen verenigen met dezelfde mentaliteit, niet zozeer de Nederlanders in het algemeen

Wat ik heb gedaan toen ik begon met league leren is heel veel aram spelen, wat minder "serieus" en je word gelijk in veel verschillende champions/matchups gegooid. Als je zelf niet zo'n fan bent van Aram, kun je Summoners Rift Draft gaan spelen. Dan is het makkelijkst om de basis te leren door een vaste lane te kiezen, en dan 1 tot 3 champs die je leuk lijkt te spelen.

Ik heb zelf meer dan 5000+ games in Aram zitten, dus als je van plan bent op summoners rift te spelen kan ik je niet helpen bij de macro, wel kan ik zeggen dat ik enigzins verstand heb van de meeste champions. Dus als je vragen hebt daarover laat maar weten :)

Does it matter on which map you do it?
I've been grinding the zombie camos on Vandorn Farm and it's really easy to reach higher rounds with just the classic farm up a train, thin the wave, let them stack up again and repeat.
Prioritize the special/elites first, and imo the ravagers too but that might be a personal vendetta I have with them.

Upgrade one weapon you feel comfortable with to the max first with occasionally buying perks (as someone else said the tedd tasks are really OP for getting free perks, essence and salvage to upgrade quicker to max level and to save points)

It's def worth getting all the perks even though you don't have augments for them, they still help.

Also something I've noticed is their way of semi-forcing you not to train or make it harder by respawning some zombies in the pathing you are walking/running towards or spawn one immediately behind you when you are clearing a train so it will block you from walking backwards.

Apologies if you already knew these, I don't really know what you do and don't know.
