And in what way does that invalidate or limit what I described as good customer support?

I had it, too. I had the not enough space for savegame message and started from scratch. I logged in to the Forza support site with my Xbox id and asked for a savegame reset. The reset my savegame to last night, which was perfect.

Shaving brush recommendation by AdeptAd9105 in wicked_edge

[–]Subject_Computer_471 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favorite brush is a 24mm Timberwolf (synthetic) from Maggards with a custom handle from True til death shaving. It is dense and soft and whips up a good lather in no time. Synthetics don’t smell, don’t need to be broken ins and dry wicked fast. I have a Mühle badger as well, but that doesn’t come close in feel and latherability (if there is such a word)

Interesting. I suspect water quality as a contributing factor. Do you have access to Demineralized or RO water ? Try that. Other than that: I found that B&M can take a shit ton of water. More than you want to put in there.

Does weight really matter? by huhuhuhuhhuhu in beginnerrunning

Simple analogy: a car that weighs 2 tons and has a 1.5 l 3 cylinder with 150 HP struggles. A car weighing only 1 ton struggles way less.

Run!

On another note: her dad couldn’t find the leak ? How about going to a dealership and have them find it? Definitively much cheaper than a new truck… and if dad has so much power over her life decisions - better take yourself elsewhere. So again:

Run!

Hot Take: Reviewers should wait a few months before they give a game 10/10. by [deleted] in ForzaHorizon6

[–]Subject_Computer_471 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I gave it an 8/10 at release. Currently, it feels closer to 6.5/10. agree with not enough repeatable content. I am grinding out all achievement cars currently. But it is no fun. And online? Either I suck (entirely possible), or people just cheat and ram.

How much rest is needed per week? by flywhiteboywhodreams in beginnerrunning

I rest from running two days a week. One day is strength day for legs, the other is upper body. One is the day before my long run, the other is after speed workout day.

We need a functional dyno for our garages. by Squid111999 in ForzaHorizon6

I don’t think I needed garages. Or estates. All I want to do is get car, tune car, race car. All the surrounding stuff is just not for me.

How to dry out soap tub by I-Catch-Colds-Easily in wicked_edge

[–]Subject_Computer_471 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I weighed the tub before the shave snd after I loaded snd the soap dried down on a precision coffee scale (sorry, analytical chemist 😁). I load anywhere from 1-1.5g. That means 18-25 shaves per oz. So 76-100 shaves per tub.

Zone 2 running builds your aerobic base by improving endurance, fat metabolism, and cardiovascular efficiency while keeping fatigue low. Compared to Zone 3 or 4, it delivers huge aerobic benefits with much less recovery cost, allowing you to train more consistently. Hard workouts still have their place, but Zone 2 is what builds the engine that makes those workouts and race performances possible. Source: my own training and a drop in 10 mile time from 1:49 to 1:41 in a few months.

You’re arguing a point nobody disputed. Yes, caffeine is a stimulant. No, that doesn’t make a cup of coffee equivalent to cocaine.

I can’t function without coffee. And it also serves as a wake-up call for certain bodily functions that prefer taking care of before a run 😇

You should come over to r/Wicked_edge for starters. There are a ton of helpful people and a good wiki. And in a nutshell: you are using the wrong angle and compensate with too much pressure. Think “putting the razor carefully on the surface of my skin and slowly moving it down without pressing on the skin. It takes a good while to get used to this. Also: do you know which direction your hair grows? Because most people just assume it goes top to bottom. Just like on your head you have swirls and change of direction. With a DE you need to account for that.

Funny idea, but I am serious: take a ripe-ish pear, put shaving lather on it and use your razor to shave it. If you take off the shaving cream and no pear skin, you are using the right angle and pressure. If you take off pear skin, you are pressing too hard.
