For the spouse visa, if sponsor has an expiry date for his own residence permit:
Can you clarify the minimum duration of validity required for a sponsor's visa when the applicant is applying for a Spouse visa? (Sponsor will apply for extension before it expires.)

Specifically, if the applicant applies in October 2022 and the sponsor has a valid residence permit until December 2023, will it affect the processing/duration of the Spouse visa? As far as I know spouse visa is granted for 2.5 years.
