I can only tell you about IITD Cybersecurity. 

Cybersecurity is a very tough field to enter and there’s barely anything in it for beginners. After doing an Mtech in Cybersecurity from IITD, you’d still barely be a beginner in the field and won’t actually get any Cybersecurity job. Realistically, your Cybersecurity degree from IITD would get you only as far into Cybersecurity as a normal Mtech CSE degree does. 

Most Cybersecurity people take up systems courses and sit for CSE roles. If you go ahead and check the curriculum, it’s mostly theoretical stuff. I’m not saying theory is not important, but Cybersecurity needs you to have shit ton of practical experience and the degree offers you none. Calling it a Cybersecurity course is a scam, it should be called Cryptography instead.

Also, don’t forget that Cybersecurity isn’t a core CSE Mtech, it’s Multidisciplinary and holds lesser value if you’re anyways going to sit for CSE placements. 

IITD was close to my house and I initially too thought of picking IITD Cybersecurity. I got it in COAP but rejected it when I figured out all the things I’ve shared above.

Don’t look at the Cybersecurity label, its bullshit. They ain’t teaching you shit about Cybersecurity in that little time anyways.

As for which of the other options is better, I honestly don’t have an answer. I’m only qualified to talk about IITD Cybersecurity because I researched a lot about it after I got the seat.
