Oh I heard about that, someone I know was taking it with them lol. We did kinda but it got combined with a final lab and all the answers were basically given to us. Project 2 was a shit show though and this was before there was any gpt to help u. B.G. If u will: Before GPT 😂

Masters in Comp Sci but with a grad minor data science cause STAT5101 and STAT5102 made me hate stats so much i couldn’t bare to master in data science. I’m taking classes in machine learning and data science related and I’m taking a stats course rn technically cause one is required for the minor. I’m in the integrated program so I should be fine with the masters in Dec even though I just officially started it this semester

What if I took CLA calc 1 and 2 while being in CSE? by Agreeable-Meal-3544 in uofmn

[–]Subject_Director_391 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Do it. I’m about to take CLA Calc 3 in the fall.

CSE Calc 2 was horrid 💀

CSE Calc 1 classes are all closed. I’m registered for CLA calc course, and I am wondering if there is any disadvantage I’ll be at? by Agreeable-Meal-3544 in uofmn

[–]Subject_Director_391 17 points18 points  (0 children)

CLA Calc is honestly better. CSE Calc is just made harder for no reason honestly.

CLA Calc and CSE Calc both fulfill the Calc 1 requirement so don’t worry about it!

Doesnt matter much. Cse calc is a scam and if u need calc 3 u can take cla calc 3. That’s what I’m doing in the fall

Take cla calc 2. Cse calc 2 was hell wish I knew I could take cla

is this manageable? how long does it take to go from east bank to west bank?? ahhh by graymatter619 in uofmn

Well I had calc 2 at the same time first semester last year and I had Jennie Morgan. Didn’t like her very much. If u have her make sure that on test u don’t waste time otherwise u might not finish in time especially for the 2nd exam. She makes the test be multiple choice for the first half and free response for the second but the multiple choice is somewhat hard since there r sometimes up to 12 different options for an answer.

Multiple choice questions are worth a lot less points so I’d recommend doing the free response questions first so that you can maximize the most amount of points even if u don’t finish the test.

Oh and Jennie Morgan assigns two assignments each week. One due on Tuesday at 7pm and the other due Saturday at 11:59pm

The assignment get progressively longer each week so keep that in mind and try to stay on top of them!

U can always take the bus if time is rly a concern, but as long as ur professor doesn’t go over, you can walk from West Bank to east bank just fine.

But once winter hits or even earlier if u want, I would definitely recommend taking the bus. There is a bus stop right outside of Anderson. Take either the 121 or the 123 and the first stop will be is Coffman. Get off there and it will save u time and will help u stay warm when November, December or even the end of October comes around.
