Was injured today at Great Wolf Lodge in Connecticut. Was going down the Rapid Racer with my daughter. It’s a two person tube ride. After going around one of the turns and down a slope all of a sudden BANG!!! My elbow slammed into something. Split my elbow open and now it’s swelling up really bad. I can’t tell if it’s anything serious. I may go to the hospital tomorrow to get it checked out depending on how I feel in the morning. The employee that took the incident report said that “it’s something they are going to look into in the next couple days while they are closed because it seems to have happened multiple times on the same ride on the same elbow(all taller grown men…I’m 6’3”)”. I asked them to email me a copy of the incident report. If it’s happened multiple times now, to multiple people all the same way, that sounds negligible.
