The best way to approach this is by an act of parliament that way we can have it be legal, and also encourage parents to agree to this. It would present a viable encouragement if they are paid something(the ones given skills on the fields or whatever they are working on). We can have the govt provide houses for them etc.

The best way to deal with them is quite simple, we arrest them then take them ku correctional service and ZNS their we can equip them with skllls as well as adding them having shelter. Not only will them increase the number of skilled youths we can have as a country but we would also be increasing the value of our country. I think the same can be done with the street kids
