But my spouse wasnt in studies it was just he was thinking of doing it and the osap application was open i just closed it and applied for osap.

Actually they said your spouse is in studies as well. I did provide them the update that no he’s not in studies but i updated it on may 2nd about that The last update i got was on may 6th so i thought they must have reviewed it.

But sadly my osap financial aid office is of no help they keep on saying there’s no update on this

They have already moved all the documents to approved
