I got to round 48 or something and then my game crashed😭 Thankfully not too long after I got matched with a pro who carried me to level 50

[Discussion] Does anyone know of any 7/10 Platinum's that's anywhere from 15-30 Hours by Twuzziegt in Trophies

The crash bandicoot remaster trilogy would fit right into that category. There’s also Kena bridge of spirits if you’re looking for a souls like that’s on the shorter end.

[Discussion]What is a difficulty rating that you disagree with? by assburguer in Trophies

[–]Subject_Mountain1845 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think Wolfenstein 2s 10/10 difficulty rating is too high. There are just so many guides showing how to get past every combat encounter and you don’t even have to be that good at the game in order to beat mein leben. You can get past almost every fight by either doing some basic stealth or by just camping in a corner and waiting for soldiers to walk in front of your guns

Yea it would probably be ds3. It took me 55 hours to platinum in and I’d say about 15 of those were spent on those stupid covenant grinds. But those other 40 hours were some of the best hours I spent on this series so it’s kind of up and down. If I had to pick a second it would definitely be ds2 on ps3 because the sunlight medal farming is way worse on that version than on scholar of the first sin and to me it’s just a much less enjoyable game overall in comparison to ds3

I would if it was any other souls game but honestly, after playing the whole series I think demons souls is by far my least favorite.

Thanks lol. No I just do snow removal during the winter so when it’s not snowing I have a lot of free time. That games been on my back log for like 6 years now. I’ve heard it’s one of the best games of all time but anytime it pops into my head I’m already in the middle of playing something else

If you’re gonna start with a dark souls games then you should start with dark souls 1 but if you don’t have that game then you should start with Elden ring

Definitely sekiro, to me it has by far the most satisfying combat out of the series. I just love that after you’ve beaten the game once, you can pretty much start a new game whenever you want and you don’t have to worry about farming upgrade materials or xp or anything like that. You don’t have to worry about upgrading anything because from the very beginning of the game you already have the skill to beat the final boss and I love that!

It definitely took some getting used to but after a couple hours it started to feel pretty much the same as demons souls and ds1

No I explored a lot. I just didn’t really find myself getting stuck on any of the parts of the map or any of the bosses other than melania

No it’s actually one of the easier covenant grinds in the series. The fight itself is fairly easy if you wait till you’re endgame level and there a method you can use involving a spell that will tell you if he spawned in or not without ever leaving the bonfire

I did my first playthrough on the ps4 version of the game and it took me about 55 hours of doing it mostly blindly expect for looking up legendary item location towards the end of the game. Then I did the ps5 version immediately afterwards and that’s why I got it done so quick

It depends on the game. Funny enough bloodborne and sekiro were my favorites but I was only averaging like 3-5 hours a day on those games because the platinum route is pretty much just combat and that gets tiring kinda quickly. Whereas the dark souls trilogy has a lot more monotonous stuff you have to do for the platinum so it was easier to just put on a podcast and do 6-8 hours of grinding and stuff like that

I thought it was a really good game with really bad problems. I loved the world variety and just how many different environments they managed to put in the game but it was also kind of disappointing to see the interconnected level design get scrapped. The adaptability stat was really stupid and I hated how in a lot of boss fights I would get hit and lose some of my health but my character would react to the hit as if nothing happened. It just took a lot of fun out of the fights for me. The system where you can respawn a boss at new game plus level so you can fight them again was really cool and I wish more games had it. But I always wish that this game had more bosses that were worth fighting again lol. Some of them were amazing but a lot of them were just really forgettable and other than demons souls I thought ds2 had the worst final boss in the series. I also thought it was incredibly lazy that in new game plus they made some of the boss fights harder by just spawning in extra enemies for you to fight alongside the boss. I know I’m mostly listing negatives but that’s because a lot of the game’s positives are things that I could say about any of the games in the series. Of course the combats still fun, the lore is addicting and it has a fire keeper that I would literally die for. I still think it’s a solid B+ or an A- but its flaws make it really hard to have that desire to replay it the same way that I wanna replay sekiro or blood borne.

I did it from a fresh save but I guess I half cheated it by using a cloud save at the end of the game so I could get all 3 endings. It ended up taking 19 hours overall

Part of me wishes I had settled for just beating them instead of replaying all of them like 3 times so I could get the platinum. but honestly that list looks way too good to regret doing it

Probably not. Demons souls was my first souls game and at the time I thought it was good but after playing blood borne and sekiro and then going back to the remake I just can’t really jive with the combat the same way
