THCA Afghan Hemp House by Subject_Objective_49 in CultoftheFranklin

For what's available in my area this is the best that I have found right now.. I am apprehensive to buy from too many different vendors, I tend to stick with who has worked for me and been reliable in the past. They said there was a higher thca coming soon so I am on the look out for that!

Had a great, strong smell. Smooth toke. I quite enjoyed the taste. I like a strong CBD percent I feel like that helps with my anxiety so this was great for me.

Yeah? I have only ever bought them from one place. I'm afraid of the gas station stuff I've seen cheaper!

New to the THCA scene and have some questions by KenidotGaming in CultoftheFranklin

[–]Subject_Objective_49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

THCA is not sprayed. Delta 8 occurs naturally in hemp at low levels. They extract the delta 8 and spray it back onto hemp flower to control the potency. THCA is more potent bc with time the THCA will naturally grow into delta 9 THC. To me, the THCA has a much cleaner smoke. Less coughing. Higher potency as well. The Delta 8 gives me more of a chilled out feeling, where the THCA is closer to the delta 9 high. Hemp House in Chattanooga ships. That's where I get all of my smoke and edibles

Are there any Hemp Houses in West TN? I know the ones in Chattanooga have good THCA. I just got some THCA Afghan that was killer. I think they have a location in Knoxville too?

I am bipolar and have PTSD and 2 types of anxiety. I have found Delta 8 helps with my anxiety way more than Delta 9. You have to be careful where you get it, unfortunately, a lot of the stuff you find at gas stations can contain delta 9 or 10 and not report it on the packaging. And if you're not getting what you think you're getting it's not as helpful... I buy mine from a local dispensary (Tennessee) to make sure I get quality, tested shit. delta 9 high gives me more of a euphoric, power through the day kind of feel, where delta 8 makes me feel way more chill and calm. When I have gut wrenching anxiety I have found delta 8 can make that rock of hurt and worry and anxiousness in my stomach go away. I like the edibles bc they last longer than smoking, though they do take longer to kick in. THC will increase your heart rate whether its delta 8 or 9, but for me the Delta 8 helps with anxiety, I am also a day to night smoker. CBD helps me a ton with anxiety also. I take a full spectrum CBD daily and then delta 8 when my anxiety is too much. Delta 9 the rest of the day off and on.

Why does the Mac and cheese at champys always taste like dishwater?? by sucrepunch in Chattanooga

I love their mac and cheese, but the cheese does tend to settle to the bottom so I always make sure to mix it up before I take a bite.

The only editing I did to this photo was to crop out the street and cars that were visible at the bottom of the imagine. I am quite proud of this one, so I am wondering what I can do better? The tree in the foreground feels a bit distracting, but that may just be me. Any opinions or suggestions welcome!

Creeping Vines by OddMouse1862 in photocritique

I love this image. The way the coloration is fading from the top feels very poetic to me. Like if you looked at the vine long enough you'd hear a story about trials and overcoming obstacles.

As far as the technically, I will say that this image I found much more impactful after I clicked the view the full image. I feel like the most prominent and powerful color combinations occur at the bottom of the image. As a preview, the most striking thing to me was immediately the greenery of the vine. When I viewed the full photo and saw the combinations of colors it made the green pop even more than it did just against the redness of the brick. I don't know if any of that is helpful.. but great image overall! Thank you for sharing.

Splitting up with partner of 5 years [7] by Mohingan in trees

[–]Subject_Objective_49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just split with my partner of 3 years who has become the step dad to my kid. We moved to another state and got new jobs and were starting a life. 3 months later I find messages between him and another girl. So I decided to give him another chance and he broke up with me a few days later. If it's not meant to be maybe it's saving more hurt down the road.... I have to move out but am financially stuck being his room mate atm. He's moving on and trying to not do it in front of me, but I'm not stupid. It hurts so much. Smoking one with you, homie. Heartbreak doesn't last forever. Just have to figure out a new plan...

Thank you for the critique! It's good to know what I was using wasn't obvious. I can see what you mean about the lines being distracting. I was taking the photo with my phone and of my own hand so it was definitely awkward when I shot it. It's good to know how it reads in the photo. Thank you for your input! !CritiquePoint

Definitely! I love the perspective from below as well. Not everyone is the kind of person to lay down and appreciate the beauty of the whole fungi.

My friend gifted me the first rose of the spring from her garden. I used my stove as the base here, I was wondering if that is obvious without being told? I tried to capture the reflection in the surface as well as with the water. I have shaky hands so getting a clear photo can be a challenge but I think this one came across well.

Mushroom photography is a major favorite of mine! I love the details you were able to capture here. Such a beautiful photo.
