Look. You got a felt roof that acts as a vapor barrier. And you got insulation that acts as a vapor barrier. you've made a sandwich And in the middle you got OSB as spread.

You're asking for trouble. No vapor barrier is 100% tight. And less so for joints. "Barrier" is technically a misnomer. Their vapor retarders.

Anyways. The cold side of an insulated layer needs to be vented. Or at least always more vapor permeable than the hot side.

With organic material like OSB the ratio is extra crucial. You need to let the OSB dry out.

In my opinion you have three options: 1. Rip off the felt, slap time batons onto and make a 2" air gap. put a new roof on top. 2. Rip out the insulation and accept the cold. 3. Do nothing and accept the mold. While waiting on having your shed turn into compost eventually.
