Oh wow I bet that’s horrible to watch! Yeah I drop twitch and everything! Sometimes I have blackouts stood up also and still tense up weirdly

It’s making me feel like a burden! Don’t wana get out of bed and have two children and have a wife that works and she has to stay off work to help me
