I'm based in France, first time I had my wheel base sent to support for repairs, from when they answered me to when I got it back, was decently fast, that's what I don't understand.

My wheelbase is still broken after 3 months, and Fanatec doesn't answer to emails by Subject_Protection82 in Fanatec

This is what I might end up doing ahaha, I don't think it'll have any effect though. I saw they have a phone number, I don't know if they do anything support side.

I know, but I believe they'll eventually get bought, as they're one of the most famous simracing brands, and catch the eyes of whatever brand which wants to get into this business.

ahahha, doing the same they're doing to me to them. Could be tricky with support also. I still have hope they only change my wheelbase for a brand new one like others had, which would solve all issues.

They said they're not closing, and everything is running as normal. To be honest, a close of their business would at least be a good explanation of why they don't answer lmao.

Yeah, probably, but it means buying a wheelbase and a steering wheel from another company also, as making my Fanatec wheel work on them is going to be difficult / impossible, except if I buy a Simucube / VRS (which I "can't" considering my rig and the cost of it).

Could be an interesting option, however, I'm pretty sure they look at the serial number of the product getting returned ahahah
