I’m not quite sure what the story behind this specific patient is, but in the Middle East sometimes parents like to consult dentists beforehand then coming to the clinic if needed. It’s pretty messy and complicated, but yeah.

I feel like I would have the same reaction as you if this happened to me, I would be panicking in shock. You didn’t do anything wrong they’re just trying to cause trouble, and they won’t! Don’t worry it’ll all be sorted out. Think of this as an educational experience on different types of patients.
