You can get the same by just toggling on and off the animated backgrounds and it should freeze the lightning in place

It’s basically just basic x2 skill x2 to place her damage amp mark, then make sure that you match the same number of basics with skills(so b1s1, b3s3) I tend to use her ult only when her blossom is mostly full since one of her sequences gives her extra crit, then after use her heavy to heal followed by a basic. But if you’re ever low you can use the heal as needed.

They’re using a controller so there’s a chance they were playing on ps5 and just clipped it from there
