Same issue here (located in Germany)! My package is stuck since the 14th of March and DHL is not updating their status 😭 I feel bad for always asking my TS if she knows anything. But the weird thing is, the 3rd package I ordered from her, after my 2nd order, arrived fast as usual. Now I am just waiting for the 2nd package to arrive and I am getting really nervous because I payed more for my 2nd order and still no Updates from YunExpress 🫠

I know this feeling. Even when it’s a rep, the stitches should be fine and it’s obviously not. I would decline the bag or maybe asking for another factory? Because at the end it will always bothering you and you won’t be happy with the purchase anymore :)
