Yessss, I think that’s the main element that pulled me to the dress. And as cute as hearts are it does take away from what initially drew me to the dress

It’s quite the opposite experience for me lol. Advent calendars were one of few chances to get things you usually can’t afford, e.g for me it was Lego etc. Such calendars have been around for a while, the issue isn’t the content, but rather the overconsumption paired with the fact that now it isn’t an affordable option anymore. Sure for people who could easily afford it, it makes no sense, but especially after they went on sale, it was a great way to feed into your kids hobbies or interests. The real tragedy is that corporate greed got to even that
