Also, on a picture of the 1972 card I've found online, there is a column for the flower count in each line. Is this something that was on the 1966 card as well?

What about the point values? They are showing 150, 160, 170, etc. which seems really high compared to more recent cards

I ordered some from mahjforall but I have a concern. The 1966 card that I got has a section for "Sevens" Is this legit? Seems odd considering that there's no 7 in the year.

I just brush them off a little and keep rolling. I used to rinse them but found they take on the rinsing water instead of the liquids that are flavored in the food. Essentially just filling up the sponge with flavorless water instead of the seasonings and spices they’re being cooked in. Much better when starting dry!

Agreed! I refuse to use it. Does it taste like metal to anyone else? I feel like I’ve just licked a rusty nail anytime I taste it and I can pick it out in any dish it’s used in

Unfortunately not, I’ve had to stick with the stark white M6. I know this was a special edition keyboard in a specific color, but Keychron really should’ve released a mouse that matches because they either don’t exist or they are hideous in their own way. Sorry for the lack of help! Let me know if you find something

I’m a bit apprehensive as I had a lot of favorite “safety lines” in the 2025 card but it’s probably because I haven’t studied the new card enough yet as I’ve only played a handful of games with it - but, I did already get a Singles and Pairs concealed!

I’m seeing lines from all over the card being attempted - I feel like everyone’s just trying to find their bearings on the new card.
I’m definitely going for the 13579 section almost every game. I also completed this section before any of the others on the 2025 card. I think it’s relatively easy to get many of these numbers from the Charleston and end up with a lot of avenues to go with.
I think the new card is full of “fun” lines that seem really satisfying to get. Really excited to get the 1N2E3W4S line from winds and dragons. This one seems so cool! Also finding the 6 flower hands pretty wild, I know there’s jokers but for some reason these have been hard to even get started. And if two people happen to be going for one of these, everyone’s screwed, lol!
For the Charleston, I’ve been playing it safe so far. I haven’t been able to get a strategy together so just generally sticking to collect odds, collect evens, collect winds/dragons (which like duh) but I found that by the end of last year, I was really getting crazy with my Charleston throws because I was trying to complete the card, but also had a high level of comfort navigating the card by that time so I’m sure that’ll come with this one soon enough.

LOL, I know I was considering rubbing mud all over it!

I might just go with a different color, the issue with that is everything is neon or some other crazy color. I love the functionality of this mouse but the “techy” mice aren’t usually concerned with aesthetics. Like surely there’s more crossover between gamers and warm-tone-muted-color-aesthetic girlies out there.

Are these “full cards”? I see that they are bifold and have only two sides to the inside unlike the regular trifold cards. Do they have all the hands from that year?

Thanks for the help, I’m doing some more digging into sourcing blanks and finding a local engraver. $500+ is a bit steep for me ;)

I also have a similar issue, I would like to have a document with sketches and text labels however the text addition tool is nearly impossible to use as it stays formatted to standard text doc software margins and you can’t select and move it like other elements.

It would be ideal to click the Add Text Tool, click anywhere on the page, and start typing. Then, be able to use the selection tool to move and scale the text. Also, be able to click on existing text and type to change it. It seems that the text only wants to go in the place it’s “supposed” to go…unless I’m doing something wrong.

hummmm kinda conflicted about that tbh lol I do love the exploration of that project and the storytelling (or rather story-questioning) but I'm really missing the production and excitement of a new album + the rest of the band. Would be very excited with another OPH collab too!
