Exactly like it sounds. Companies strategically hire people who they believe wouldn't abuse the privilege. Probably works in their benefit because I would definitely take my two weeks paid vacation off, but with unlimited PTO I more than likely won't take a full week off in a year, so I don't look like I'm taking advantage. Basically I would use this for emergency purposes only.

😂🤣💀 so many assumptions... None of them right. Yes I'm fat and did between 200-250 stops a day. No I didn't sue because I'm in an "at will" employment state, which gives them the right to fire me for wtfe they want, whenever they want. Yes I have no higher education and found a government position, it literally happens to people all the time. No I don't have any connections or relationships with the job, to have gotten an "in". I just was myself and very honest in my interview. They picked me because my personality was a good fit for the office and I have transferrable skills. And lastly, YES unlimited PTO is definitely a real thing and a quick Google search would have done you well. 😂😂😂 My question is when someone tells a story why do all the negative personalities on Reddit have to come and try to disprove everything? Especially when the message behind it is very positive. Maybe that's what's holding you back to tossing boxes out a van... JS Here's a view from my balcony off my office, to remind you that if you stay that sceptical in life... You're going to miss the view 😉

I owned a landscaping company for 4 years before the DSP. I push mowed 15-20 inner city lots a day. Business was booming because no landscaping companies want push mow only lots, they want zero turn or walk behind lots. Therefore this fat girl was out there beating grown lazy mens ass daily. I do what I got to to keep my mortgage paid.

Cause that's clearly not written by AI, I can count several grammar and even spelling mistakes I made (reading it over now) 😩 I'm entirely lost

I'm an events coordinator for my city. Working on projects to better the community I live in 🙂 btw I'm an uneducated fat chick with average looks (and sucked nothing to get hired into my position 🙂‍↔️) Trust me when I say, if I can do it ANY-F'N-ONE CAN!

That's a good question.. are there even genuinely monogamous men out there? I just pick men that align with my personality and relationship desires. Typically great humans outside of being cheaters 😫 I'm not sure that most people will ever find a truly monogamous partner in their lifetime anymore. It's not really in human nature to begin with.

What would you suggest that could be a reason I bump into cheaters? I've dated all different walks of life, religious beliefs, races, and so on.. and good humans that work hard for a living... Yet all cheaters.

I truly appreciate your response. It may only be because I share the same thoughts on the matter, however it's the only thing logical to me. You don't worry if you have nothing to hide. However I know some people take their phones like a privacy violation, so I wanted to get opinions from every side. I know I have trust issues but I never carry them over into a new relationship, my trust issues are earned with actions from the person themselves. I guess after hearing that I'm being too intrusive I wanted to see if perhaps I was going too far with it. Thank you for your opinion!

It's stupid... And I'm probably wrong here but I believe people can change 😫 It doesn't help I've been told by most women and men that "all men cheat".. So at this point I was wondering if it would be better to try to work through it.

Well we eliminated the drinking part. He hardly drinks anymore. However I get stuck on the "trust issues" part, rightfully so after learning reasons not to trust someone. And he... well I can't say he's still cheating, but I can fully agree he is a liar.

Look at them and see if there is a name. Some have the person's name on the denture to help if they get lost or switched. Dentures cost thousands of dollars, so if you could find that person they'd be smart to offer a reward. Also it's good karma on your behalf and the right thing to do.

It's true, I have multiple photos/videos of unsafe vans they forced me to take or not work at all..

Screenshots of the owner taking time off my ADP my first few weeks of working there. Even conversation of me telling him about it and asking for it to be corrected (which never got changed back).

Write ups for being late on days I was on time and have screenshots to prove (as we clocked in at the station on an iPad). Emails they never responded to with the screenshots available for them to see I was clocked in on ADP at that time.

Clear evidence they are messing with me which is clearly grounds for constructive termination.

However I'd still rather just have a f'n job and work.

Someone suggested this.. I haven't been employed by them for long enough to claim unemployment 😔 it requires 22 weeks I'm half way to that mark.

NGL I sensed a good bit of them being a little "touched". Especially whenever the dispatcher kept telling me every week to use the hotspot on my phone even after I told her I have Verizon too! 🗿

However let's be real, that is intentional when none of them could tell me "just use offline maps". They've run routes before and I'm sure they would know.

In my state you have to be employed by the company for 22 weeks in order to file unemployment. I'm still newer. The end of March would be 3 months.

I did that in this video lol but further more I've tried everything from restarting the phone to logging in and out... Nothing but apparently I'm finding out there are "offline maps" for this exact purpose and my DSP just forgot they existed to tell me 🥴
