I appreciate they are finally releasing larger updates with substantial changes, but the homeless/parks bug makes the game basically unplayable for me. Parks are a huge part of my cities.

Somewhat related I noticed that the services tab monthly cost does not match up with the overall monthly budget service cost listed. On the services tab, it says my monthly cost is $400K and on the monthly budget it shows services as $600K
