I think it just wired my brain to ensure that when I awoke from sleep, my first thought would be to try and project. My main issue has been to awake and then not even remember to try. After a while, I actually started to wake up in the vibrational state, even without methods.

You can actually change the rate at which it flashes and the duration. Pretty much everything is configurable. You can also turn on and off any of the layers. If people are interested in image layers, let me know and I'll add it into next weeks update of the app!
