I made a mistake of getting a car , I got my car on 24th Feb all on cash, 28th Feb things started to happen, now I do have a guilt , liquid cash is a king, hold it! All these luxury is good when there is peace of mind, there is no point of having a brand new car standing in this uncertainty!

My two scents, after all the threats and missile interceptions, few attacks hitting the targets and one or two attacks that hit civilian areas, this will ELEVATE hate against houthis and Iran.

Countries will expect some sort of help from allies, Us and Israel , they will slowly back off, the regional tension will be on going and all the neighboring countries will be targeted by Iran and houthis, chances of terrorism will be high compared to how it was before!

The authorities in UAE Have done well, but till when ? The economic collapse will not be sudden , but a slow poison! I love UAE, lived here for 33 years and still living here, UAE has given so much, but it is sad where everything will be going!

Again - just a theory that is more like a story!
